If you need to make a change or cancel an order after you paid, you must contact us within 6 hours. The order cannot be cancelled or changed once the packaging and shipping process has started.
If you need to change to a smaller or a bigger size after you paid, you must contact us within 6 hours. No exchange is allowed once the packaging and shipping process has started.
Please DO NOT select directly according to your habits. Please strictly follow the size chart to select the size as no exchange is allowed once packaging and shipping process has started.

If you did not receive the product within the guarantee period (60 days not including 3-7 business days for order processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you receive a wrong order or your package is arrived in a broken condition, you may also request for a refund or reshipment within 5 days of receiving the package, by providing us a picture.
We will NOT refund or reshipment if:
- Your order did not arrive due the factors within your control, e.g. provide a wrong shipping address; delivery failure due to recipient not at home or recipient does not collect the parcel at the local post office/ service point within the period given;
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, e.g. not cleared by custom, delayed due to natural disaster;
- Other exceptional factors beyond our control.

* Please note that we will not responsible for the return shipping cost and you need to pay by your own. All items for refund must be in new condition and are inspected upon arrival.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days if you are approved for a refund.
Please note that we will deduct 5.9% +USD$0.80 for order cancellation and refund due to the fee incurred by our payment gateway.
