How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I track my order?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Where is my package?
Internationally shipping usually will take 45 days at most. In rare case, shipping may take longer due to weather factors or waiting for the airline or land transport to transfer the package.
My tracking information shows my package was delivered, but I never receive it.
Please check with your neighbour in case your neighbour received it by mistake, or some else received it on behalf of you. The package may be left with the property / apartment office / officer.
In some cases, the package cannot be delivered due to you provided an incorrect phone number during your check-out, so our shipping Company unable to contact you when the package arrived at the shipping address.
What about possible customs or local delivery fees?

Will I receive all the items in a single package? Or multiple packages?
Depending on the availability of the ordered items, please note that items might be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different dates due to being dispatched from multiple warehouses. Do not worry, your other items are on it's way.
